The company ATTRAKT, which owns the girl group FIFTY FIFTY, and its partner, The Givers, with their representative Ahn Sung Il, finally received a court decision on their application for a false seizure of Ahn Sung Il's production fee debt.

On the 25th, ATTRAKT stated, "We found that Ahn Sung Il misappropriated the company's funds while working on ATTRAKT-related tasks." They then added, "Therefore, we have seized a portion of the copyright fee and have applied for a provisional seizure, which has been approved by the court."

Therefore, the copyright fees for the two songs "THE FIFTY" and "The Beginning : Cupid" from the debut album FIFTY FIFTY produced by Ahn Sung Il are currently suspended from being paid to the Copyright Association, and this time, even the provisional seizure has been accepted by the court.

Furthermore, ATTRAKT also indicates that "in the future, they will apply for the remaining amount of fictitious seizure to cope with the corruption and breach of trust found later on the The Givers by Ahn Sung Il".

Actually, as early as June, the representative of ATTRAKT, Jun Hong Joon, had already filed charges to the police, stating that three people including the representative of The Givers, Ahn Sung Il, were suspected of fraud, violating the trust relationship in business and obstructing business.
