These are all the girl groups debuting in 2024, the same year as RESCENE. The list is in chronological order by debut date.

GENIUS, ILLIT, RESCENE. Notably, ILLIT and RESCENE debuted just one day apart. Also on the list are UNIS, Candy Shop, VVUP, and BABYMONSTER. BABYMONSTER also debuted in the same year as RESCENE. Seeing this list makes it feel like RESCENE truly waited a long time to debut.

SUPPIA, VIV, UNICODE. The member names for UNICODE are uniquely styled as utf-8, 16, 32, euc-kr, and cp949. Other groups include B.O.W and ARTMS. ARTMS, however, consists of former LOONA members, so they are not entirely new. Also debuting are iMONDE, BADVILLAIN, CAT’S EYE, 3PEACE, MADEIN, MIYAO, NEW:L, SAY MY NAME, WITCHES, ODD YOUTH, and BURBEE. One group debuting in 2024 has an average member age of 14.5 years. Wow!

TRACER, LOVEONE, IZNA. Isn't IZNA from a survival show debut group? Was it I-LAND2? Also, KELTNAIN and B.I.W. A total of 28 groups debuted in the same year! The competition is incredibly fierce.

Given this, just knowing a group's name is already an achievement. To then make people aware of their songs and remember all the members' names seems like a hellish task. Personally, the girl groups I recognize are ILLIT, BABYMONSTER, MIYAO, IZNA, and now RESCENE. Even coming up with unique group names has become a struggle.

However, among these groups, there must be members with variety show potential and charm, just like RESCENE. They simply haven't been discovered yet. Many talented individuals might fade away before they even get a chance to shine, which is a bit regrettable.
