TS娛樂在8日被網友發現是倒閉狀態，雖然沒有韓媒報導，不過網友在韓國查詢公司情報網站「NICE」中，標示公司是「停業」狀態。
雖然官方臉書和推特一直有更新，最後一次更新是在6月，但其實公司已經是倒閉狀態，而現在還存在的女團SONAMOO和男團TRCNC則是去向不明。
來看看TS娛樂曾經做過的事！ Rapper Sleepy出道10多年，被公司吞了9成收益，酷愛使用花言巧語、開出空頭支票讓藝人相信，並為公司服務。Sleepy提高公司後，還反被公司要求賠償2.8億韓元，仍在打官司。
TS娛樂超愛和旗下藝人打官司，除了Sleepy之外，B.A.P曾經在事業上升時期和公司因分紅問題提出合約無效，隔年才解決回歸，卻已經錯過了大紅機會…
Secret成員全烋星和宋枝恩被公司提告違約，官司長達兩年，中途就發現全烋星在2015年後只收到600萬韓元。2016年10月韓善伙合約到期後不續約；2018年宋枝恩在SNS宣布已與公司解約並退出Secret；全烋星向法院提出合約無效。
SONAMOO同樣有2位隊員退出並同時提出合約無效，TRCNC也一樣有兩位成員退出，並提告公司編舞老師虐待兒童，看來之前粉絲爆料公司曾經帶成年愛豆進夜店的事也不可能完全是假的…
